The Wine Guardian TTW04B Defender Series is engineered for the most demanding wine cellar applications, delivering reliable temperature and humidity control in a wide range of environmental conditions. Built with commercial-grade, corrosion-resistant components and a durable all-aluminum frame, the TTW04B Defender is designed for long-lasting performance in both residential and commercial wine cellars.
Installation is simple and flexible. The unit slides easily into the included wall sleeve or can be mounted directly to wall studs using the supplied brackets, eliminating the need for a licensed HVAC contractor.
Designed with performance and convenience in mind, the TTW04B Defender features sound-reducing insulation for exceptionally quiet operation, a weather-resistant exterior grille, and a coated condenser coil that performs reliably in outdoor temperatures from 0°F to 125°F (-18°C to 52°C). An integrated heating coil automatically warms the cellar whenever the ambient temperature drops below the desired set point, helping maintain ideal wine storage conditions throughout the year.
The TTW04B can be equipped with many options and accessories including remote sensors.

The BTU/h value shown here is a theoretical number. There are often circumstances under which a cellar design may require a larger unit due to variables not accounted for in the formula. For example, these variables could be building materials (such as glass, stone, concrete, etc.) which do not offer the insulation capacity required to maintain the optimal cellar environment. We recommend purchasing a unit with a larger capacity to compensate for these unaccounted-for variables. An undersized unit can lead to premature failure and will most likely prevent the cellar from reaching your desired temperature.
